REFUND POLICY

Grooming Web Technologies provides the best services to the customers, so as we expect our payments on time to keep up with our expenses and managing all website servers. All packages are activated immediately as our sales receive the payment.

We require full advance payments in order to satisfy you with our best services. We charge when you sign up with us to get our services. You will be provided an invoice from our company for the services you sign up for.

Note: If full payments are not received of your services by the billing date or billing overages are not received in 5 days of the invoice date, you will be notified via email address. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items
Sale items can be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
